Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the Devaswom Board to take appropriate steps that the
activities of the Aghosha Committee constituted by Exhibit P-2, is stopped
forth with pending disposal of this case.
This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing the
petition and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's
order dated 01.06.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KRISHNA
