Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
to pass an interim order staying the operation and implementation of the
judgment dated 04.04.2022 in Writ Petition No.8125/2022.
This Writ Appeal coming on for orders on 08/06/2022 upon perusing
the appeal memorandum, the court on the same day passed the following:

By the impugned judgment dated 04.04.2022 in W.P.(C) No. 8125 of 2022, writ court directed to issue patta in favour of K. K. Kalyani, W/O. Late Sudhkaran Thampi, Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta, respondent No.7, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
2. Writ Court has also granted liberty to respondent No.7 to move the civil court against the possession claimed by the writ petitioner.
3. Being aggrieved, instant appeal is filed by the writ petitioner.
4. We have heard Ms. Thulasi K. Raj, learned counsel for the appellant, and Smt. Latha Thankappan, learned Senior Government Pleader, and perused the pleading and materials on record.
5. To a query as to whether the impugned directions have been acted upon and patta granted, Smt. Latha Thankappan, learned Senior Government Pleader, submitted that proceedings are not yet finalised.
