JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with a limited relief of a direction to the 1 st and 3rd respondents to consider and pass orders on Exhibits P1 and P2 representations.
2. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that land tax was not being paid for a rocky area and now there is a requirement to remit tax for such areas also and the same is not being received.
In the light of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 and 3 to consider and pass orders on Exhibits P1 and P2 representations within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall be heard before passing such orders.
