JUDGMENT
When this matter is taken up for consideration before this Court, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent that the petitioner had availed two loans, one of which is a term loan and the other is a cash credit facility. It is submitted that if the petitioner makes a proper representation and clears the arrears in the term loan, the bank will consider renewing the cash credit facility.
This writ petition, therefore stands disposed of directing the petitioner to make an appropriate representation to the respondent, within one week from today and on such representation being filed, an appropriate decision shall be taken thereon by the bank. Till such time the decision taken on the representation, further proceedings against the petitioner shall be kept in abeyance.
