JUDGMENT
Sri.I.V.Pramod - learned counsel for the respondent, submitted that the directions in the judgment dated 29.11.2019 in W.P.(C)No.5574/2018 have been complied with and that instructions have been given to the competent Engineer to initiate proceedings, so that the building permit can be issued to the petitioner.
Recording the afore submissions, I close this contempt case; however, leaving liberty to the petitioner to seek a rehearing, if the building permit is not issued to him within a period of two weeks from today.
