JUDGMENT
This Contempt Case has been filed with specific allegation that the directions of this Court in the judgment dated 03.11.2021 have not been yet complied with, even though the time frame for the said purpose has now expired.
2. In response to the afore submissions of Sri.Denizen Komath - learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader - Sri.K.M.Faisal, submitted that every measure and step required for compliance of the directions in the judgment have been taken forward; but that on account of certain administrative reasons, including the non tracing of certain relevant files, it could not be completed until now. He, however, undertook that final orders in terms of the directions of this Court will be issued not later than one month from today.
Recording the afore submissions, I close this contempt case; however, leaving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court after the afore period, if final orders are not still issued.
