        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree rendered in OS No 56 of
   2019 dated 21.12.20 on the file of the Prl.Sub Court, Kottayam, pending
   consideration of the above appeal in the interest of justice.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 14/3/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.SREEKUMAR
   G.CHELUR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.LIJI J VADAKKEDOM, TOM E
   JACOB, REXY ELIZEBETH THOMAS, Advocates for respondent, the court passed
