                              JUDGMENT

Petitioner has already submitted an application to the respondent for renewal of the passport as the permission has already been granted for a period of one year for going abroad.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that they will issue the passport by taking into consideration the provisions of GSR No.570E limiting the validity of the passport for a particular period.

In view of the statement made on behalf of the respondents, Writ petition is disposed off by issuing directions to the respondents to issue the passport in terms of the GSR within a period of twenty days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the judgment.
