        This Criminal appeal having come up for orders on 03.06.2022, upon
   perusing the appeal and upon hearing the arguments M/S. R.REJI and SHIVA
   RAJA RESHMI, Advocates for the appellants and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for
   respondent, the court on the same day passed the following:


                                              ORDER

The Registry is directed to get a report from the trial court and find out whether the other accused who has not faced trial when S.C.No. 110/98 was tried, subsequently surrendered and whether their trial is over. If the trial is over, a copy of the judgment also will be obtained from the lower court.

Include in the daily hearing list on 20/06/2022.
