        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
   limit prescribed in the judgment in WP(C) No. 14491/2022 dated 26-04-2022
   by a further period of six months from 13-05-2022.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the petitioner in IA/respondent in WP(C) and of
   SRI. SAJU J.VALLYARA, Advocate for the respondent in IA/petitioner in
   WP(C), the court passed the following:-

Time stipulated by this court for considering and pass orders on Exhibit P3 shall stand extended for a period of three months from the date expiry of the period originally stipulated in the judgment.
