Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, in S.M proceedings pending before the 2nd respondent, the petitioner has filed an application for impleadment, copy of which is produced as Ext.P2. It is submitted that the same has not been taken up and orders passed. It is further submitted that the petitioner was also not heard though he had appeared before the 2nd respondent on 20.05.2022.
3. In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders on Ext.P2 application, and if the petitioner is impleaded on the basis of Ext.P2 application, they shall also be heard before finalizing SMC 1/2008. Necessary orders shall be issued within WP(C) NO. 17960 OF 2022 3 two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this judgment before the 2 nd respondent for compliance.
