ORDER
This review petition is filed seeking to review the judgment dated 07.04.2022.
2. While appreciating the contentions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I gather that the limited relief sought for in this review petition is for continuing the interim order beyond the period stipulated in the judgment. It was submitted by the learned counsel for the review petitioner that though the matter came up before the Debts Recovery Tribunal on 28.04.2022 and 23.05.2022, he could not seek consideration of the interim application due to a bonafide omission on their part. The learned counsel further prayed that as a measure of last opportunity, to obtain an order from the Tribunal, the interim order granted by this Court be continued till the next posting, which is on 14.06.2022.
3. After having heard Smt.Latha Cherian and Smt.Jenny Augustine, the learned counsel for the respondents, I am of the RP NO. 460 OF 2022 IN OP (DRT) 222/2021 4 view that as a last opportunity, the interim order should be extended for a limited period.
4. Accordingly, the interim order dated 23.02.2022 passed in the writ petition shall continue till 15.06.2022. Under no circumstances shall any further extension be granted by this Court.
This review petition is disposed of.
