                              JUDGMENT

Dated this the 3rd day of June, 2022 The petitioner, a registered Association, is functioning as a Sports Club in the sports discipline, Cycling. The petitioner has submitted Ext.P2 application and has remitted the requisite fees seeking registration under the 2 nd and 3rd respondents and is aggrieved by the delay in consideration of its application. The learned Counsel for the petitioner relies on Rule 62 of Chapter VIII of the Kerala Sports Rules, 2008 to contend that, having satisfied all requisite conditions and having submitted a proper application, the petitioner is entitled for the registration.

Learned Standing Counsel submitted that, if the application is received, the competent among respondents 2 and 3 will pass appropriate orders without delay.

Considering the limited relief sought, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent among respondents 2 and 3 to take up Ext.P2 and to pass appropriate orders thereon within six weeks of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
