JUDGMENT
Through a memo filed by the learned Government Pleader, the award dated 29.02.2022 in A.S.No.1 of 2020 passed by the Deputy Collector, Thiruvananthapuram, and the proceedings dated 29.02.2020 of the District Collector, Thiruvananthapuram, showing the sanctioning of the award amount to the petitioner is produced. Taking note of the said documents produced by the learned Government Pleader, and finding that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, the Contempt of Court Case is now closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to revive this Contempt of Contempt Case if the award amounts are not disbursed to him within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
