JUDGMENT
When this matter was taken up for consideration before this Court on 24.05.2022, it was submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank that the total amount due under the cash credit facility availed by the petitioner is Rs.59,03,526/- and the defaulted amount is Rs.9,17,210/- and further that if the petitioner is willing to payout the entire defaulted amount by 01.08.2022, the cash credit facility can be regularized.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner will repay the defaulted amount of Rs.9,17,210/- by 01.08.2022 and shall approach the bank for renewal of the facility.
The writ petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue the above course of action.
