OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
all proceedings in EP No. 191 of 2019 in F.D.I.A. No. 1702 of 2017 in OS
No. 16 of 2016 on the files of Additional Sub Court- I, Kozhikode pending
disposal of the above Original Petition (Civil).
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
Sri. K.M.FIROZ, Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the

Issue notice to the respondents by speed post. On a consideration of the pleadings and materials on record and taking note of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Ghantesher Ghosh v. Madan Mohan Ghosh and others [(1996)11 SCC 446], I am satisfied that the petitioners have made out a prima facie case to pass an interim relief. Hence, I stay all further proceedings in E.P. No.191/2019 in F.D.I.A No.1702 of 2017 in O.S. No. 16/2016 of the Court of the Additional Subordinate Judge-I, Kozhikode, for a period of one month.
