   Petition, in the interest of justice.

On a consideration of the pleadings and materials on record, the proposed sale in EP No. 98/2018 in O.S No. 136/2017 of the Court of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Kottayam shall stand deferred till 20-06-2022.
