Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to grant six months
time to the petitioners to clear the pending dues to bank, in the interest
of justice.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's judgment
dated 30.11.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.JUSTUS & SAJEEB

ORDER
This is an application seeking time of six months to the petitioners to clear the pending dues to the bank. Noticing the disinclination of this Court to grant the extension of time as sought for, the learned counsel for the petitioners requested for a minimum period of four weeks at least to pay the amount.
2. Though the learned counsel for the respondents vehemently objected to the grant of any extension of time, considering the prevailing situation, I am inclined to extend the time stipulated in the judgment to clear the defaulted instalment payments by four weeks as sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners, as a last chance. No further extension under any circumstances shall be granted to the petitioners.
