        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment and decree dated 30.06.2018 in O.P.No.608/2012 on the file
   of the Family Court, Nedumangad, pending final disposal of this appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 1.4.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.R.RAJESH and
   E.S.SANDHYA Advocates for the applicant, the court passed the following:
