Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
the operation of Exhibit P5 order in EA No.94/2021 in EP No.14/2013 in OS
No.81/2009 on the file of the Sub Court, Cherthala.
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
26.05.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.C.ELDHO, S.BIJILAL &
MALLENATHAN.M., Advocates for the petitioner and of Sri. JOBY CYRIAC,
Advocate for the respondents 1 & 2, the court passed the following:
O R D E R
The first respondent shall furnish the exact details of the compensation paid under the Land Acquisition Act to the other partners of the first judgment debtor. The interim order dated 18-03-2022 will stand extended by one month Sd/- C.S.DIAS, JUDGE 01-06-2022 /True Copy/ Assistant Registrar
