ORDER
It is reported that some of the co-accused who have faced the trial were already acquitted by the learned Sessions Judge. However, the fact remains that the petitioner is absconding.
2. In such circumstances, to consider this Crl. M. C., the petitioner has to surrender before the Sessions Court. If the petitioner surrenders before the Sessions Court within a period of three weeks from today and files an application for bail, after giving prior notice to the learned Public Prosecutor concerned, the same shall be considered by the learned Sessions Judge positively on the date of surrender itself.
The petitioner is also directed to produce the certified copy of the judgment by which the co-accused were acquitted.
