                             JUDGMENT

The original petition is filed to direct the third respondent to dispose of petition No. S/2798/2021(Ext.P2) within a time frame.

2. Pursuant to the direction of this Court, the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the third respondent has stated that he is prepared to dispose of Ext.P2 within a period of one month from today.

3. On a consideration of the pleadings and materials on record, particularly taking note of the fact that the petitioner is a 85 year old lady, and the instructions submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the third respondent is prepared to dispose of Ext.P2 within a time frame, in exercise of O.P.(C)No.2192/2021 -:3:- the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court as enshrined under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, I direct the third respondent to dispose of S/2798/2021(Ext.P2), as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law, after affording all the parties an opportunity of being heard, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.

The original petition is ordered accordingly.
