          RESIDING AT BALAJI KRIPALAYAM, TEMPLE ROAD, KOTTAYAM-686001,
          THIRUNAKKARA KARA, KOTTAYAM VILLAGE, KOTTAYAM TALUK.


        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of common judgment dated 29-10-2018 in RCA No. 11 of 2014 of the
   Additional Rent Control Appellate Authority II, Kottayam and common order
   dated 10-02-2014 in RCP No. 14 of 2012 on the Additional Rent Control
   Court, Kottayam, as also all further proceedings including execution
   proceedings thereunder; pending disposal of the above Rent Control
   Revision.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dted 27-05-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.ASHOK
   SHENOY, K.V.GEORGE, P.N.RAJAGOPALAN NAIR, P.S.GIREESH & RIYAL DEVASSY,
   Advocates for the petitioners and of SRI.REJI GEORGE, Advocate for the
   respondent, the court passed the following:
