        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment dated 09.03.2018 in R.C.A No.29/2016 on the files of the
   Rent Control Appellate Authority, Thiruvananthapuram in RCP 76/2012 on the
   files of the Addl. Munsiff Court (RCC), Thiruvananthapuram pending
   disposal of this Rent Control Revision Petition.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 27-06-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. GEORGE
   A.CHERIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Sri. P.VISWANATHAN, Senior
   Advocate along with M/S SUNIL N.SHENOI & SHAJAHAN P.M, Advocates for the
   respondents, the court passed the following:
