                                   JUDGMENT

Dated this the 27th day of July, 2022 Appeal has been filed against the decree and judgment in A.S. No.73/2014 on the file of the Additional District Judge-V, Ernakulam, which arise out of O.S. No.198/2012 on the file of Sub Court, Kochi.

2. When the case came up for admission, it is reported by the learned counsel appearing for either side that parties are willing to settle the matter through mediation. Hence, the case was referred for mediation and settled in mediation and a report dated 30.5.2022 was filed by the mediator along with memorandum of agreement. On going through the memorandum of agreement, I am satisfied that the parties have amicably settled the entire issues between them and the terms of settlement are legal and proper.

Hence, mediation agreement is recorded and appeal disposed of in terms of the memorandum of agreement. Memorandum of agreement will form part of the decree.
