Admitted. Issue urgent notice by speed post to the respondent. The petitioner is also simultaneously permitted to serve the copy of the transfer petition on the learned counsel who appeared for the respondent in Annexure C before this Court. On consideration of the averments in affidavit in support of the application, I am inclined to grant an interim order. Hence, I stay all further proceedings in OP.207/2022 of the Family Court, Ettumanoor for a period of one month.
