        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to lift the disabled status of the Director Identification
   No.01946727 of the petitioner in Exts.P4 forthwith, as it is covered by
   the ruling in Zacharia Maramkandathil Mohanan and Others V.Union of India
   and Others; 2021(3) KHC 550 of this Hon'ble Court.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.K.C.HARISH & K.R.MONISHA, Advocates for the petitioner and of
   ASSISTANT SOLICITOR GENERAL for Respondents, the court passed the
   following:

                                         ORDER

Learned Assistant Solicitor General of India takes notice for the respondents.

In the light of Ext.P6 Judgment and Ext.P7 interim order, there shall be an interim order directing the 2nd respondent to lift the disablement of the petitioner's Director Identification Number forthwith.
