          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to stay the operation and implementation of the judgment and decree dated
   09/11/2016 in O.S.No.193/14 on the files of the Munsiff Kottarakkara in the greater interest of justice.

          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof,and this Court's order dated 23/06/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
