                               ORDER

This review petition is filed pointing out a factual error in the judgment dated 8.7.2022. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has submitted an application for permission to cut the trees standing in her property. But in the judgment it is observed that the trees have already been cut. I find the submission to be well founded.

Hence the review petition is allowed and the judgment dated 8.7.2022 in W.P(C).No.27491 of 2019 is recalled.

Post the writ petition on 29.7.2022.
