                                JUDGMENT

Dated this the 27th day of July, 2022 Appeal has been filed against the decree and judgment in A.S. No.89/2014 on the file of the Additional District Judge- V, Ernakulam, which arise out of O.S. No.198/2012 on the file of Sub Court, Kochi, filed against the dismissal of the counter claim. The connected RSA No.693/2018 was referred for mediation and settled in mediation and the case was disposed of in terms with the settlement agreement arrived at between the parties.

In the light of the same, the learned counsel for the appellant not pressed the appeal by vide endorsement on the appeal memorandum.

Accordingly, appeal is dismissed as not pressed. All pending I.As. are closed.
