Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct Respondents 1 to 4 to take immediate actions to
resolve the issue expeditiously as possible, pending the final disposal
of the Writ Petition.
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the
petition and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C),this Court's order

Mr.Paulose C. Abraham, learned counsel appearing for the Oil Marketing Companies (the Indian Oil Corporation, the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, the Hindustan Petroelum Corporation Limited) in these writ petitions shall furnish a short synopsis of these cases, points already considered in the judgment of this court dated 3 rd December 2021 in W.A.No.1785/2019 and followed by us and also the points for consideration in these writ petitions.
2. Learned counsel submitted that the above requirements would be furnished before this court by 2nd August 2022.
