Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to
i) Issue writ of mandamus or order or direction or any other
appropriate writ directing respondents 1 to 4 to effectively implement
Exhibit P8 'Unified Guideline for Selection of LPG Distributor 2016' and
Exhibit P9 Circular No.P-20019/56/2016-LPG forthwith in the State of
Kerala, in order to facilitate transfer of LPG connections of consumers
to their nearest LPG distributorship, in the larger interest of public.
AND
ii) Such other relief that this Honourable Court may deem fit and
proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the
petition and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's
order dated 20/07/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.MANAS P

Mr.Paulose C. Abraham, learned counsel appearing for the Oil Marketing Companies (the Indian Oil Corporation, the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, the Hindustan Petroelum Corporation Limited) in these writ petitions shall furnish a short synopsis of these cases, points already considered in the judgment of this court dated 3 rd December 2021 in W.A.No.1785/2019 and followed by us and also the points for consideration in these writ petitions.
2. Learned counsel submitted that the above requirements would be furnished before this court by 2nd August 2022.
