JUDGMENT
Dated this the 27th day of July, 2022 The petitioner was elected as Secretary of the State Wrestling Association, but was subsequently removed under Ext.P1 order of the second respondent. Aggrieved, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P2 appeal before the Kerala State Sports Appellate Tribunal as provided under Section 41 of the Sports Act. The limited relief sought is for a direction to the Sports Appellate Tribunal, to consider the appeal and take a decision expeditiously.
2. I heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
In view of the limited relief sought, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to take up Ext.P2 for consideration and pass appropriate orders thereon as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within two months of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
