JUDGMENT
Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
2. The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1 st respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P1 representation. The apprehension voiced in Ext.P1 is that it would appear from the notification that the petitioner's property is also included for acquisition and he is not put on notice and it may be clarified whether the said properties are included.
3. On directions issued by this Court the respondents have placed before the Court the Award that has been issued in this case. It is seen from the award that the property belonging to the petitioner is not part of the acquisition process and the award has been issued in favour of one Adbul Aziz and Siraj from whom properties have been acquired.
In the above circumstances, there is no cause for the apprehension expressed in Ext.P1. The writ petition is hence closed, with a direction to the respondents that if properties belonging to WP(C) NO. 11909 OF 2022 3 the petitioner are to be acquired, the same shall be only after complying with the requirements of law and issuance of notification in that regard.
