          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to stay the passing of the final decree in OS.No.390/2012 of the Munsiff Court,
   Ottapalam cofirmed and modified in the judgment and decree passed in AS.No.44/2015 of the Sub
   Court, Ottapalam dated 25.01.2021 and to pass an ad interim order to that effect till the disposal of
   the above Regular Second Appeal.
          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 07.04.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.R.SREEHARI, SRI.P.B.KRISHNAN, Advocates for the petitioners, and of SRI.P.JAYARAM Advocate
   for Respondent no.1, the court passed the following:
