                                JUDGMENT

Dated this the 7th day of July, 2022 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader that after the issuance of the interim order, there have been no further incidents of any harassment.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the respondents do not intend to harass the petitioner in any manner.

In the above view of the matter, the interim order is made absolute. In case the petitioner's presence is required in the police station he will be summoned only after issuance of due notices under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
