Dated this the 7th day of July, 2022 The writ petition has been filed challenging Ext.P4 General Building Permit.

When this writ petition came up for admission today, it was submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition to file a properly constituted writ petition. Granting such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
