        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
   prescribed for the payment of the first instalment in the judgment dated
   04.03.2022 in W.P.(C)No.7195 of 2022 of this Hon'ble Court till
   02.04.2022, in the interest of justice.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's judgment
   dated 04.03.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.R.HARIKUMAR
   & ADITHYA RAJEEV, Advocates for the petitioner in I.A/WP(C), the court
   passed the following:

                                              ORDER

This is an application to extend the time precribed for payment of the 1st instalment as per judgment dated 4/3/2022; till 2/4/2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that payment of the 1st instalment as per judgment was made only on 2/4/22 and hence this application.

Taking note of the circumstances, belated payment of the 1st instalment shall stand condoned.

This application is allowed accordingly.
