JUDGMENT
Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent. In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice to respondents 2 and 3 is dispensed with.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that Appeal A.A.No.9/2014 filed before the 1 st respondent is still pending. It is seen that the appeal is an eight year old appeal.
3. In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to take up Ext.P1 appeal and to hear and dispose of the same at the earliest at any rate within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Needles to say that respondents 2 and 3 who are the respondents in A.A.No.9/2014 shall also be heard.
