Ajithkumar, J.

As per the judgment of this Court dated 11.04.2019 in O.P. (FC) No.237 of 2019, the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram was directed to dispose of O.P.No.565 of 2016 pending before that court within a period of nine months from the date of that order. Twice the time was extended. Now the Judge Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram submitted a request seeking extension of four more months for the disposal of the said case.

Having considered the reasons stated in the report dated 02.06.2022, we are of the view that the time for disposal is liable to be extended. Hence, a period four more months from today is granted to the Judge, Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram for the disposal of O.P.No.565 of 2016 pending before that court.
