JUDGMENT
The petitioner was the holder of regular permits on the route Kottayam-Panathur for stage carriages as Limited Stop Ordinary Service. Permits expired and application for renewal of permits is pending. Temporary permits issued in the meanwhile was valid till 07.07.2022. Petitioner again applied for temporary permits, vide Exts.P5 and P6 dated 18.06.2022 and relies upon the judgment Ext.P3 and prays for issuance of temporary permits on the route Kottayam-Panathur as LSOS till orders are passed in the application for renewal of permits.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondent.
In the facts and circumstances of the case and in the light of Ext.P3 judgment of this Court, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider Exts.P5 and P6 applications for temporary permits in respect of the WP(C) NO. 22180 OF 2022 -3- stage carriage of the petitioner bearing Nos.KL-67/1800 and KL 36/C 7400 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
