JUDGMENT
Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
"I. To call for the records leading to Ext.P4, details of the Passport of the petitioner from the Respondent.
II. To issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the Respondent to correcting the address and husbands name in the passport bearing no P.5257638 and re-issue the same.
III. Issue such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
2. Learned Assistant Solicitor General of India accepts notice and submits that since the marriage has already been dissolved between the parties, respondents would take a call on the application dated 25.02.2022 for deleting the name of the husband in the passport bearing No.P5257638 valid upto 2026. Let this exercise be WP(C) NO. 22122 OF 2022 -3- undertaken after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, if any, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the judgment .
