all further proceedings in EP No.506/2014 in OS No.1869/2000 on the file
of IInd Additinal Munsiff Court, Thrissur, pending final disposal of this
OP9Civil).
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
03.06.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SHOBY K.FRANCIS, SEBY

ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for both sides submit that there is a likelihood of the subject matter in dispute between the parties being settled and the matter may be referred for mediation. In the said circumstances, the petitioner and the respondent are referred for mediation to the Mediation Centre, High Court of Kerala on 29.7.2022 at 10.15 a.m. The Nodal Officer shall make arrangements to nominate a Mediator.
Post immediately after the mediation report is received.
