JUDGMENT
When this matter was called today, the learned Standing Counsel for the University submitted that there are 15 vacancies still available and therefore, that the petitioners can be allowed to make applications provided, they have acquired and obtained all relevant and necessary qualifications.
2. Sri.P.C.Sasidharan - learned Standing Counsel for the Calicut University, however, submitted that the results of the petitioners' examinations in BPE Programme can only be published on 25.08.2022.
Taking note of the afore submissions, I order this writ petition with the following directions:
a) The Calicut University will declare the results of the BPE Programme of the petitioners on or before 25.08.2022.

b) Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit will allow the petitioners to make their applications to the MPES Programme until 31.08.2022, subject to all other conditions and criterion being satisfied by them.

DEVAN RAMACHANDRAN JUDGE SAS To be spoken to on 11.07.2022 This matter has been listed today at the instance of Sri.P.C.Sasidharan - learned Standing Counsel for the Calicut University, who voiced an apprehension that the results of the BPE Programme of the petitioners may not be able to be declared before 30.08.2022.
In the afore judgment, I have granted time till 25.08.2022 for the Calicut University to complete the said evaluation. If they require any further time, I leave them liberty to WP(C) NO. 21770 OF 2022 5 approach this Court before 25.08.2022, so that appropriate orders can be issued.
I, however, make it clear that every endeavour will be made by the Calicut University to comply with the afore time frames.
