        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the exparte decree and judgment dated 27.01.2021 in O.P.No.1203 of 2019
   on the file of the Family Court, Kozhikode, till the disposal of the
   accompanying Matrimonial Appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 23/6/2022, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.PREMNATH
   and SARATH M.S. Advocates for the applicant, and of M/S.V.V.SURENDRAN and
   P.A.HARISH Advocates for the respondent, the court passed the following:
