           OP (Family Court) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
      stated in the affidavit filed along with the OP (FC) the High Court be
      pleased to direct the respondent to hand over the child to the
      petitioner on the coming second Saturday (11-06-2022) and allow the
      petitioner to keep custody of the child till the Sunday for the interest
      of justice.


           This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing the
      petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP (FC) and this Court's
      order dated 28.06.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.S.MAYA
      (THIYADIL) & K.A.SUNITHA, Advocates for the petitioner,and of
      SRI.VINCENT JOSEPH, Advocate for the respondent,the court passed the

                                              ORDER

We refer the parties for mediation before the Mediation Centre attached to this Court forthwith.

Registry is directed to get a telephonic instruction from the Family Court, Kottarakkara as to the total amount deposited by the petitioner herein, Santhosh Kumar, in M.C.No.351/2013 and the amount withdrawn in the above case.
