Prayer for interim relief in the writ appeal stating that in the
circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
to stay all further proceedings pursuant to Ext P1 in the writ petition,
pending disposal of the above WA to meet the ends of justice.
This writ appeal again coming for orders on 6/7/22 upon perusing the
appeal memorandum and this court's order dated 23/5/22, tje court on the
same day passed the following:
ORDER
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the Labour Court, Kozhikode has passed an order dated 30.5.22 in C.P.No. 44/2021 directing the appellant to reinstate the respondent with back- wages. He seeks time to produce the same along with the memo.
