JUDGMENT
This Writ Petition has been filed to give a direction to the 1st respondent to ensure proper investigation in Crime No. 919/2021 of Sakthikulangara police station.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor has produced a statement of facts submitted by the SHO, Sakthikulangara. It is stated that the investigation is over, and charge sheet has already been filed against the petitioner under Sections 294(b) and 324 of the IPC as early as on 03.12.2022 and the case is now pending before the said Court as C.C. No. 1663/2021. Thus, even before the filing of this Writ Petition, the charge sheet was filed. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed.
