In this case, the learned counsel for the respondents seeks short adjournment on the ground of illness. Since there is dispute as regards the stage of the suit on the point that whether the suit was finally heard and reserved for judgment, the learned Sub Judge, Kottayam is directed to give the status of C.S.No.1 of 2021 specifying the following points;
(1) Whether hearing of this matter completed? (2) Whether the matter reserved for judgment?
