          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to stay the operation of the judgment and decree dated 06.11.2020 in AS.27/2006
   by the Court of the Subordinate Judge of Tirur and judgment and decree in OS.111/1989 passed by
   the Munsiff-Magistrate Court, Ponnani, dated 31.01.2006, until the disposal of this appeal.

          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this court's order dated 05.04.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.JAMSHEED HAFIZ, K.K.NESNA, Advocates for the petitioners and P.CHANDRASEKHAR,
